Head Barista
Love coffee? Keen to join a great sales team in a unique location? At Alongside we have a world class location and are looking for someone who can create world class coffee. Turning out quality, consistent coffees in a timely manner in our busy all day dining venue is a challenge for the best of baristas. We are now looking for an exceptional Barista to join us for the busy summer season. We are a team that supports one another and enjoy getting the job done.
Waiters (Sales Team)

At 35 and Alongside we have a world class location and are looking for someone who can join our team of world class hospitality professionals. Performing in a fast paced enviroment while up holding the company values and standards. We are now looking for a motivated and passionate individuals to join us for the busy summer season. We are a team that supports one another and enjoy getting the job done. We will be looking for individuals who both have extensive and entry level knowledge.
Chefs (Production Team)
Love to Cook? Keen to join a hospitality team in a unique location? At 35 Degrees South Aquarium Restaurant & Bar and Alongside All Day Dining we have a world class location offering two unique dinning experiences and are looking for someone who is systems orientated, experienced and able to lead a world class kitchen team. There is quite literally no other venue like this in New Zealand.
We are now looking for chefs to join our Summer Team for the busy summer season.We are a team that supports one another and enjoy getting the job done. Our successful applicant will have: • proven Culinary skills and experience • extraordinary attention to detail • experience working quickly and efficiently in a quality hospotality environment • outstanding communication and customer service skills • a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn And very importantly Systems orientated.
